Inclusion Support Worker
Summer 2026 (Seasonal, Part-Time)
Inclusion Moose Jaw is seeking energetic, compassionate individuals to join our team as Inclusion Support Workers for our Summer 2026 inclusion programs.
This role supports children and youth with autism and other intellectual disabilities, helping them participate in meaningful, inclusive community experiences.
Position Details

Dates: July 2 – August 14, 2026

Hours: 3.5–5.5 hours per day (Monday to Friday)

Wage: $17 per hour

Employment Type: Seasonal, Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will:

Support participants in community-based programs and activities

Encourage inclusion, independence, and the development of social skills

Assist with outings and personal care as needed

Work collaboratively with staff, families, and program participants
Qualifications & Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
-
Experience working with children and/or youth
-
Reliable vehicle

Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check

First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset

Mentorship Service Provider
Contract Position (Self-Employed)
Inclusion Moose Jaw is seeking energetic, compassionate individuals to work as Mentorship Service Providers, supporting youth and adults with intellectual and cognitive disabilities.
Mentors work one-on-one with participants to build skills, independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections. This role plays an important part in each participant’s circle of support.
Position Details

Employment Type: Contract (Self-Employed)

Hours: Flexible; approximately 6-21 hours per month
-
Clients: Ages 12+ (including adults)
Respite support may be provided for younger children with higher needs
Key Responsibilities
As a Mentorship Service Provider, you will:

Provide individualized mentorship and support to participants

Support skill development, independence, and personal growth

Encourage positive community involvement and social connection

Respond with compassion, creativity, and patience to varying needs

Work collaboratively with Inclusion Moose Jaw staff and families
Qualifications & Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Minimum $1,000,000 third-party liability insurance (Pleasure/Business)

Ability to obtain a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector

Experience supporting individuals with intensive needs

Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and creativity
